A century old olive tree is a constant resident of our breathtaking garden, moreover, the flowers and herbs are planted with love by nonna Roža, which are getting more vibrant by the year. It attracts countless butterflies, simply amazing for living in the moment!

Take a breath, focus on the lively colors surrounding you ; feel the water, fresh grass and soil in your palms and lend an ear to the buzzing of insects or take a sniff of the astonish smell of village life...

The house is fit for a relaxing vacation with family, friends, or anyone else that is in need of a get-away of the monotony or business of their everyday routine. Above all you shall respect the villages rhythm, peace and the sweet sound of silence.

Environment accessible for people with disabilities

The ground floor and house yard are suited to meet the needs of people in wheelchair: the thresholds are barely noticeable, the sliding doors are wide and easily accessible and a parking spot outside is connected to all parts of the grounds, securing a smooth and easy movement in a wheelchair.

By the pool, there is a specialised lift for getting disabled people in and out of the water easily, further helping to make vacations available for everyone.

Location

The house is situated in central Istria, a quiet and peaceful village of Dolinci, Sveti Petar u Šumi. It is a rather peculiar but very unique little town sitting on a hilly landscape and surrounded by a vast, old forest. It is that forest which inspired the house’ decoration concept. The details in the villa are depicting different local artists perspectives on the region and is filled with hand-made woodwork, canvases and beautiful mosaics.

The house offers privacy, harmony and its great location brings many options for travel. From the house you can easily access many main roads and in a short notice be in another lovely Istrian town, wine manifestation or other touristic activity. Toller Urlaub in schöner Villa

Wir (7 Erwachsene, 1 Baby) haben 10 tolle Tage in der Villa Roza in Dolinci verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und freundlich und haben uns sogar frisches Obst, regionalen Käse und Wurst sowie gekühltes Bier und eine Flasche regionalen Weißwein bereitgestellt. Die Villa selbst war sehr sauber und komfortabel, die Küche bereits sehr gut mit Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürzen, Öl, Essig, Zucker etc. ausgestattet. Auch bei den Küchengeräten war alles da. Die Schlafzimmerfenster haben auch alle Moskitonetze. Ganz besonders hat uns im Außenbereich das neue Häuschen mit eigenem Kühlschrank und Sitzbereich gefallen. Bei starker Hitze konnte man es dort sehr gut aushalten. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wenn man einen größeren (neuen) Supermarkt mit Frischfleisch möchte, muss man mit dem Auto nur circa 8 Minuten nach Zminj zu Plodine fahren. Hier unser Tipp für alle, die Getränke gleich in Kästen kaufen: auf jeden Fall den Kassenzettel aufheben, da man sonst sein Pfand nicht zurück bekommt.

Wir hatten einen unfassbar tollen Urlaub!!! Als wir das Haus betreten haben, waren wir sofort zuhause! Es war einfach ein Traum. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, die Zimmer inkl Bäder waren super und vorallem war das ganze Haus super sauber! Der Pool war schön und das neue Gartengebäude mit Sitzgelegenheit war einfach ein Highlight. Es war rundum eine tolle Atmosphäre in der man sich Wohl fühlt! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Roza. The house was spacious and impressive well equipped with everything you might expect in a well-loved and immaculate home. Outdoors, the pool, shower, fridge and seating areas were a real convenience. The hosts thoughtfully provided us with fruit, bread, cheese, milk and a few beers to give a little kick-start to our holiday. These little touches made all the difference. They also provided us with leaflets and maps of the local area which helped us to explore the surrounding areas. A fantastic stay, we could not have asked for better.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben bei der Ankunft einiges an Obst, Käse und Wurst etc. für uns hingestellt. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und bietet auch im Hochsommer eine angenehme Abkühlung. Im Pool-Haus steht ein großer Kühlschrank, der auch Eiswürfel ausspuckt.
